VANILLA BANANA BUZZ
Serves: 1, Calories: 339
Ingredients
375 ml (1 ½ cups) chilled low fat milk
¼ cup Greek yogurt (or plain unsweetened yogurt of your choice)
1 small banana
1 scoop Guardian multigrain powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth
Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
1 cup chilled watermelon
¼ carrots – thinly sliced
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup apple juice (unsweetened 100% no sugar added)
½ cup cold water

Method:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth
