Eating well and healthy is now my practice. Having greens is not a problem for myself as I am use to taking greens since small. In fact, they are my favourite dishes. For a high blood patient like myself, a healthy and balanced diet is crucial as an essential part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Eat less meat and more greens haha i can't even take meat at all now, so the greens is going to be my best friend.

ME AND BMS ORGANICS
I actually using BMS ORGANICS products from my first time invitation to Chef Wan cooking demonstration early this year. I especially love their SILK ALMOND MILK UNSWEETENED.

Another of my favourite is BIOGREEN-O'Soy Plus Organic Low Sugar Soya Milk Powder. These product I actually substitute my dishes that uses coconut milk. The taste may not be the same as we would always have but for health purposes, I would give it a try for anything. So far, it's just fine with me hahaha in fact my curry chicken so much better now... hahaha (I will share the recipe later in another entry)
