SATAY a dish of grilled meat, served with peanut sauce. Satay comes in different type such as chicken, mutton, beef, fish and others.
Authentic one are those grilled with the midrib of the coconut palm frond, but at times you will find those from bamboo skewers. Grilled over charcoal fire. You may find some served with peanut sauce, some with a combination of peanut sauce with soy sauce.

Another Satay outlet that we found to be interesting is, SATAY SEDAP in Ukay Perdana, Ampang. They start operations at 4pm everyday. Our impression as we step into the outlet, very cosy, quiet, different type of sitting arrangement. Their walls are full of photo frames of different type of motorbikes of all types of brands. Which is quite interesting.

SATAY SEDAP, their satay pieces are very big and taste full of spice condiments. if you are the one that loves some fats in the between, then this is one you should try. By the time we reach our 6th skewered, we were full. We actually went back for a second time. Worth every cent spend. Recommended to try for those who are foodie hunters.
