RENAISSANCE KUALA LUMPUR HOTEL is a 2 high-rise building, in the Central Business District. 14 minute walk from the Petronas Towers and 6 KM from Kuala Lumpur Sentral Train Station. 3 Entrance to drop down at, that is the East Wing, Convention Center and West Wing. Both East and West Wing has check in counters but since West Wing was going to be renovated, all the operations of check in is transferred to East Wing. If one is coming down to Renaissance KL please drop down at the East Wing for check in.

The Olympics size swimming pool is on Level 4, where the tennis court is situated as well.
NEW DELUXE ROOM (spacious sizes ranging from 40m2)
Normally at the counter, we will be given 2 door-card to enter, 1 for the room power slot another one is for usage of exit and enter for the room. In the restyled rooms and suites, another extra card is found slotted in for guests before they arrive. So once in the room, it's already cooling. The card is slotted in throughout guest stay in Renaissance.
The reconfigured bathroom offers a huge space and is installed with 4 bay bathroom fixtures with rain shower (including a bathtub and weighting scale). Over at the closet, an ironing board with iron is available including a Hair Dryer and in-house safety box.
Tea/Coffee making facilities is available with a mini expresso machine for coffee enthusiasm. Tea/Coffee, sugar, milk and espresso is supplied by the Renaissance KL as complimentary. Mini fridge available as well.
Neutral colour palette, ergonomically designed room is fitted with re-engineered wood flooring, at the far end a day bed is placed as an extra bed, very comfortable and if required a place to do some work, this is the best side of the room to just lay back and finish it up. And nap time on the luxurious Marriot's Plush Bedding with topper and rich linen, is most heaven.
Beside the working table with FREE Wifi, other facilities will be the Samsung 48' full HD Smart TV and side table FM radio / alarm clock.
For guest safety, every guest room door is equipped with the high tech radio frequency identification door lock system (RFID) and IP Camera security system.
Some will get a view of the high-rise building of Kuala Lumpur, Some would be overlooking the Menara KL.
Room service is 24 hours. Breakfast is complimentary with the room.
