A pork free dining restaurant, HUGOS IN THE SKY is able to seat at least 88 pax for HUGO DINING and 46 pax for HUGO BAR.

MUHAMMAD NAZRUL
RESTAURANT MANAGER 
An eldest son of 4 siblings, age 25 years old, comes from Sabah, En Muhammad Nazrul, being the youngest Manager in the hospitality industry, he is put to task to manage HUGOS IN THE SKY, ION DELEMEN since September 2016. With the working experience in the Hotel Industry. His passion is in Food & Beverage, Fine Dining. A Graduate of UITM Shah Alam, Diploma & Degree in The Hotel Management. He was already working part time in the hotel industry while pursuing his studies. 

He started as a Senior Waiter in Hotel Promenade Sabah. He climb up another step to Bar and Restaurant Supervisor in Marco Polo, Sabah, and also the same position in Sutera Harbour Resort, Sabah. He was still the Bar and Restaurant Supervisor in St Regis KL before he finally became the Restaurant Manager in HUGOS IN THE SKY, ION DELEMEN, GENTING HIGHLAND from September 2016 until today. 

He runs the daily operations of HUGOS IN THE SKY, from Planning, implementation, selection of menus and staffing. Managing at least 6 staff under him of 1 Supervisor, 1 Barista, 1 Bartender, 1 Waitress and 2 Trainees. 
CHEF DONNY LIEW SHAN LIN 
JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
A second from 4 siblings, age 32 years old, Chef Donny, known to his colleagues, a Sarawakian, build his career from BWP Dua Sentral KL under 2 of his mentors, Chef Siti Arini Darsom dan Chef Jaffery Othman, Executive Chef of BWP Dua Sentral KL. 

He leads the Kitchen Operations of HUGOS IN THE SKY since September 2016, with 3 staff and 1 Supervisor under him. And he is already in the midst of preparing a new promotion for July - 31 August 2017. Being a young chef, leading his own crew and kitchen, it has been a satisfying career journey as he is passionate with every dish that is prepared out for guests. He makes sure that quality is a No. 1 in his kitchen.  

His specialty are Western Dishes and his menus in HUGOS IN THE SKY, ION DELEMEN proves that.
