The Renaissance cheesecake, one of the all-time favorites at the DeliCORNER has been given a new level of taste by Pastry Chef Alzubir. Light on the palate and striking the right notes for texture and flavor, each component of the cake is homemade with premium ingredients and seasonal fresh fruits.
Another sublime creation is the decadent Salted caramel chocolate cake comprising four (4) layers of chocolate sponge made of pure Belgian chocolate couverture. Each layer is sandwiched with chocolate ganache and topped with homemade salted caramel.
DeliCORNER offers different cake designs for different occasions as every celebration is unique. Led by Chef Alzubir Idris and his equally qualified right hand Chef Yap Bee Yen, the pastry team is able to create bespoke celebration cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, birthday cakes, full wedding cakes and more. All the cakes are handmade using the finest ingredients and in a variety of flavours and textures.
