This year, THE KL JOURNAL has chosen the theme, “Selera Malaya” with an extensive buffet spread of quintessential Malaysia dishes (classical and current), including their famous signature dishes ‘Fish Head Curry’, the ever so succulent ‘Beef Rendang’ and ‘Satay’. And not forgetting their other dishes such as Ikan Pari Asam Pedas, Ayam Kapitan & Percik, Kambing Masak Kurma, Soto Ayam & Seafood Tom Yam, Otak-otak Muar, Assorted Kuih, Lok-lok Stop, Rojak Buah, Pasembur, Assorted Keropok Counter, Ulam-Ulaman Corner, Chocolate Fountain and Ice Cream (Potong).
The introduction will be the ‘Lok-lok Stop’ which is a new additional to last year’s Ramadhan spread. It’s expected to be a hit with food lovers, with replete of 30 over choices and boiled in either their clear broth (these broth is most recommended to try) or peanut sauce (for those who misses ‘lok-lok Melaka style’ can also have this during Ramadhan, or grilled/fried whichever way you wish for the day.
