SWEET DREAMS FOR MALAYSIAN TRAVELLERS AT 30,000 FEET WITH BRITISH AIRWAYS

BRITISH AIRWAYS' CLUB WORLD BUSINESS CLASS

British Airways’ Club World business class customers travelling between Kuala Lumpur and London can nowbenefit from an even better night’s sleep in the sky as the airline introduces its new bedding from the luxury lifestyle brand, The White Company.

Club World customers flying from Kuala Lumpur can enjoy the airline’s new bedding products that have been exclusively designed by The White Company, including a luxuriously soft large pillow and white cotton pillowcase to enhance customers’ comfort and to help them sleep better in the sky. Customers will also receive a super-soft woven blanket with satin trim, a luxury duvet, and a padded mattress cover to provide them with an extra layer of comfort and improve their quality of sleep.
The new Club World amenity kits come in a bag from The White Company and contain products from the retailer’s 'Restore & Relax Spa Collection', offering a further touch of luxury in the sky. The products have been specially selected to help counteract the effects of long haul air travel, and each item is designed to provide a relaxing boost whenever customers need it during their flight.

Theresa Wong, British Airways’ country manager for Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia said, “British Airways is committed to continually offering excellence across all cabins for our customers. We are delighted to be rolling out our new and luxury bedding for our Club World customers travelling from Malaysia. We really think they are going to love these improvements.”

British Airways is also introducing a number of measures on board to maximise available resting time for Club World customers. For example, breakfast cards will be provided so customers can choose their preferred breakfast menu, and if they wish to be woken up or left to sleep through.

British Airways is investing £4.5 billion for its customers over the next five years, covering the installation of the best quality Wi-Fi and power in every seat, fitting 128 long-haul aircraft with new interiors and taking delivery of 72 new aircraft. The airline is also investing £600 million specifically in its Club World business class.

This year, British Airways will start services to six new routes including Seychelles and Nashville.

British Airways operates daily flights to London from Kuala Lumpur on its latest and most technologically-advanced Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.  British Airways’ flights land at the airline’s award-winning home at London Heathrow Terminal 5. From there, customers can enjoy the stress-free onward connections to any cities within the UK, Europe, the US and beyond. For bookings and more information, please visit ba.com.

Business travellers can also take advantage of British Airways’ ON Business loyalty programme that allows them to collect points and spend on all partnered airlines (British Airways, Iberia, American Airlines and codeshare partner airlines) under one scheme. Members will be rewarded based on the money spent rather than distance travelled or number of flights flown, making it easier for companies to manage their budget to meet their travel needs. For more information, please visit ba.com/On-Business.
