FLIP (Future Leaders Internship Programme) offers career solutions & services to support students between 16-20 years to be career ready and future focused by engaging them with real world scenarios and experiences. FLIP helps to make that connection between school, college and work and this in return enable students to understands the choices and decisions they make when deciding on their careers.
WHO IS FLIP?
FLIP is driven by a core team of like-minded individuals who share the passion and interest in
nurturing the emerging generation as they start preparing to enter the workforce.

ALPA SHAH I FOUNDER
Alpa is a certified Career Coach with over 20 years of experience in various academia segments in teaching & training in Malaysia. Creative education inspires her and she looks forward for opportunities in making a difference in the lives of others. Alpa aspires to create a novel model of education synthesizing regular academics.
JULIE THOMAS I PARTNER
Julie has extensive experience in business strategy and product development, having worked several years with legal and educational business software provider, Lexis Nexis, and later with e-government solutions provider CrimsonLogic as their Country Manager.
FLIP Inspires students to make sense of all the information out there and to assist them with their decision making. More importantly, through the various programs, FLIP also seeks to develop those important 21st century work skills required to do well at the workplace.
