From 14-28 February, visit the MARS PETCARE Whiskas and Pedigree official stores on Shopee and Lazada to purchase special gift bundles. In addition to this, shoppers can share some love by adopting a pet via Shopee or lending a hand to donate in kind on Lazada.
Shoppers who have room in their hearts and their homes for a new addition will have the opportunity to learn more by clicking on the Date With Your Pet banner on the Shopee homepage for an instant connection to the campaign page which will feature animal shelter PAWS where you can find out more about the adoption process. The first 20 successful adoptions will have the love and gratitude of their new pet, plus a 1-month’s supply of pet food comprising a selection of dry and wet foods and pet treats.
Launched in 1987, PAWS has long been an advocate for adoption and shelters an average of 400-500 animals. Based in Subang Jaya, it relies purely on donations and funds raised through charity events manned by volunteers.
You can also make a difference through Lazada where 10% from the total of every purchase from the Whiskas and Pedigree Official Store will be channelled to FurryKids Safehaven, an animal shelter in Seremban dedicated to making a better life for trapped strays.
