Live the Water Life |
Beyond the unveiling of this
natural mineral pool, attendees were immersed in a full experience of SmartPools®’
patented Laminar Aqua Propulsion System (LAPS). This technology replicates the fluidity and currents of open water within a compact space. This
innovation supports three key applications:
- Swimming: The LAPS system’s smooth, adjustable
currents allow users to swim continuously in place, mimicking open water
conditions.
- Hydrotherapy: Designed for therapeutic
benefits, it harnesses water’s buoyancy and gentle pressure for healing,
ideal for relieving joint and muscle tension.
- Wellness: Through consistent, controlled water
currents, users can promote blood circulation and muscle relaxation,
essential for physical health.
SmartPools® Executive Director
Faizan Khan emphasized the brand’s mission, remarking, “Water can
support us physically and mentally, offering a unique blend of relaxation and
challenge. Most of us lack regular access to these benefits, and that’s where
SmartPools® comes in. We bring the healing power of water right into our
homes.”
The SmartPools Arena
Debut, with its modest dimensions of 15’ x 8’ x 3.5’,
highlighted how compact pools can fit seamlessly into modern residential spaces
while still providing the feel of a full Olympic pool experience. This design
caters to Malaysian households where space is often a premium, allowing for
both fitness and relaxation without sacrificing square footage.
The event culminated in live
demonstrations by accomplished swimmer Andy Foo, who showcased the
LAPS system’s fitness potential, and Dr. Abi from Aura
Wellness, who discussed hydrotherapy’s impact on overall wellness.
As SmartPools® continues to
pioneer chlorine-free pool systems, its commitment to sustainable,
health-conscious design redefines how people experience water in their
daily lives. In addressing future goals, Faizan shared, “For many, a
natural, mineral water pool is a dream, and with SmartPools®, we’re making that
dream accessible right in our own backyards.”
